How a visit unfolds
Good cosmetic medicine isn't rushed. Our process is built to give you the information and time you need to make a decision you're comfortable with, and to make sure any treatment is genuinely right for you before it begins.
Consultation
We listen first. A thorough discussion of your concerns, your relevant medical history, and what a good outcome looks like for you. There's no obligation to proceed, and it's your chance to ask anything at all.
Tailored plan
A clear, honest recommendation, including whether treatment is right for you at all. We don't work from a template; any plan is built around your individual features, goals and sound medical judgement, with the risks explained openly.
Treatment
If you're suitable and ready, treatment can usually go ahead in the same appointment. If you'd rather take time to think, that's always fine. Careful, precise treatment in a clean, comfortable clinical setting, at a pace that suits you. Every treatment is provided by a registered medical practitioner following your assessment.
Review & aftercare
Follow-up guidance and a review, so you feel supported well beyond your appointment. Before you leave, we'll take you through what to expect and how to care for the treated area, and you'll have aftercare guidance to take with you. If anything comes up afterwards, we remain a point of contact. You're welcome to call the clinic, and we'll arrange a review whenever it's helpful.
Honesty at every step
If a treatment isn't right for you, we'll say so, including when the honest answer is “not yet” or “not this.” We'd always rather do a little less and keep you looking like yourself. All treatments are elective, carry some risk, and individual results vary.
