Five things I hear about skin all the time. Count how many you'd believed. Be honest.
Damage comes from UV, not heat. A cool, overcast day can carry similar UV to a sunny one, and in Queensland it reaches 3 or above every day.
SPF50 is only marginally better than SPF30, and no sunscreen buys extra time in the sun. Reapply every two hours, whatever the number.
Most people wear far too little makeup for its SPF to count. Put a broad-spectrum sunscreen on underneath.
A tan is your skin reacting to UV damage. There's no such thing as a safe tan.
Your first visit is a conversation. You leave with honest advice and a plan, and the decision stays with you, today or any time later.
