At Hillview, every treatment begins with a private medical consultation. It's where we listen, assess, and give you honest advice — and it's yours whether or not you decide to go any further.

Before you arrive

When you book, we'll ask for some basic details so we can prepare. It helps to come with a clear sense of what's prompting your visit — a particular concern, something you'd like to understand better, or simply a wish to explore your options. There's no need to have decided anything in advance.

During your consultation

The appointment is unhurried by design. We'll talk through what's brought you in, your goals, and your relevant medical history. Your practitioner will carry out a careful assessment of your facial structure and skin, and explain what is — and isn't — genuinely suitable for you, including the risks involved.

Making a decision
